Furnished with a table and chairs, the large patio gives you the perfect opportunity to simply relax. Back inside, the wood burner in the living area makes a great focal point and a cosy area for everyone to gather if the evenings get chilly. Up a few steps to the ground floor and you’ll find a choice of two bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities.



This is a peaceful, rural location and an excellent place for stargazing on clear nights but also boasts great access to the A377 from where you can reach Exeter in the south and Barnstaple to the north, and beyond. Head to the coast at Westward Ho! for a day on the beach, or take a walk with your dog along the Hartland Devon Heritage Coast.
