Tämä kunnostettu yksikerroksinen koti on vain 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä yksityisestä rannasta Michigan-järvellä. Se sijaitsee kauniilla yksinäisellä tontilla, jossa on paljon kypsitä puita. Etu- ja takapihalla on terasseja, joissa takaluukku on kalliopalo. Se on loistava paikka rentoutua riippumatossa ja rentoutua päivä pois.

Kun kävelet etuovesta, holvattu katto antaa sen tuntea olevansa erittäin iso ja avoin. On olemassa kaksi suurta liukulasiovea, jotka ulottuvat olohuoneeseen ja ruokasaliin ja tuovat takapihan taloon. Puulämmitteinen takka, taulutelevisio ja langaton internetyhteys antavat sinulle kaikki kodin mukavuudet. Keittiö oli täysin uusittu ja sisältää syömisjuhlat, hiottu graniittitasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet.

Sisäänkäynnin vasemmalla puolella on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Ensimmäisessä huoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja vanhasta navetta-ovesta valmistettu ainutlaatuinen vaatekaappi. Seuraavassa huoneessa on kaksi XL erillistä vuodetta ja iso vaatekaappi. On remontoitu yhteinen kylpyhuone kylpyammeella. Mestari seuraa ja on iso huone, jossa parisänky, paljon kaappitilaa ja liitteenä oleva isäntäkylpy, jossa on kivilattiat ja lasisuihku.

Se on hieno paikka rentoutua
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Michiganjärvi. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

The home was lovely and just as described. We took our young adult daughters, their boyfriends, and two small, non-shedding dogs with us. There was ample room for everyone. It had all the little amenities we needed and/or wanted. Everything was easy to find and instructions for getting to the beach were easy to follow. We all truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

Perfect rental. Beautifully decorated and great location. The association beach was just beautiful. You can walk, ride (they have 2 bikes) or drive. While there are lots of stairs to get down to the beach, the stairs are broken up in 3 levels. I have knee problems and had no problems. Really a great rental.

Wonderful place

My 4 sisters aan I spent a week at this place and loved it. Very spacious and a short walk to beautiful beach on Lake Michigan.We were challenged trying to get the TV to work but Michele took time to Facetime us and ensured we got it working.Not much going on in Union Pier but we were able to travel around the area and enjoy ourselves.

We really enjoyed the house. It could comfortably sleep six people, and the owners offered some additional amenities in the house for the beach. We appreciated that. Location relative to the beach is pretty good. Short walk, or short drive and ample parking. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Lake Michigan Beach Getaway!

Beautiful spacious home! Everything you need for a Beach Vacation! Private Beach Access just a few blocks away… the bicycles added to the fun and ease of the short ten minute walk. We all had such an amazing time. The house is close to many amenities and the private neighborhood was beautiful. Loved having the beach gear and towels included! It made packing so much easier. The owner is easy to work with and even had the cleaning crew come early so that we could start our vacation a day early. Thanks Michelle!

Perfect Spot!

Labor Day weekend wedding getaway

Super comfortable and spacious home for a Labor Day weekend getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and felt like a relaxing area. We didn’t explore much given the packed wedding weekend agenda, but everything was a quick drive. Will need to come back to check out the beach!! Beds were comfortable, and it was great to have extra space - 3 women getting ready for a wedding need to be able to spread out!! Check in and check out instructions were super clear, and hosts were friendly and proactive with their communication. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property, and close to the lake.

We really enjoyed staying here. Location was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and the walk to the lake is very easy. Beach chairs and floaters are available. We really enjoyed using the bikes to ride around. I definitely recommend for families or couples. An amazing relaxing experience and a nice break from our city life.

Great place for families

We really enjoyed our second stay at this property. The house was very clean upon arrival. It also has a variety of beach items available such as chairs, a wagon, beach toys, floats, etc., which we appreciated. The location is great, just a short drive or bike ride to New Buffalo and the small downtown of Union Pier. Our host was very kind and communicative. Check out procedures were reasonable.
