1. Room was less than average. Ceiling in the BR was spotted with something pink as were the walls around the sink. The ceiling also had an open place where the dry wall tape from a repair that did not hold. We asked if we could change rooms, but were not accommodated. 2.Breakfast foods were unappetizing: bacon appeared raw, juice glasses were stuck together and could not be separated.
3. $25 was placed on “hold” for misc. costs, which were not incurred. In addition to that, an additional $35 was charged to our credit card the day we checked out. I also questioned a buzzing noise coming from behind a door on the 2nd floor near our room. The first person listened but did not know what it was. When I told the Asst. Manager, I was told that the noise was coming from their computer/systems room. She also stated it had been reported several months ago but no one has been available to repair it. The ice machine on the second floor, which was broken, was also unitedly. We would not stay here again. I was told that the fourth floor had been renovated so I asked if we could be assigned a room on that floor. My request was not addressed.
