The top floor features a cozy living room with a fireplace and Valley views. The balcony offers a refreshing breeze, flowing into the wrap-around kitchen with breakfast bar seating for four.

The four bedrooms are scattered between floors. The main bedroom is located on the top floor, while two guest bedrooms quietly occupy the middle floor, leaving the bunk room tucked away on the first floor.

Step out of the front door to stroll down Forest Road towards Lionshead or Vail Village. Stop in at the Chophouse for dinner and live music, or enjoy cocktails at Dec+Bowl before heading back home for a cozy night by the fireplace. This home exudes warmth and thoughtfulness, making it the perfect retreat for your summer adventures in Vail.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- A member of the InvitedHome team will meet and greet.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
