This home invites families and groups to spend time together in the main floor's open concept gathering space. There are two sitting areas and a natural hearth with a gas fireplace to warm up on winter days, plus a BBQ grill to cook out on warmer days. Adjacent is a well equipped kitchen, dining area and wet bar which open to the living room, making socializing with the group seamless.

This townhome offers large rooms with landscape windows that capture the natural surroundings of this scenic Colorado escape. The three bedrooms on the top floor feature vaulted ceilings while the lower floor bedroom offers a cozy and private space with en suite bathroom. Please note garage parking is not available. Two outdoor parking spaces are available for guest use.

Air Conditioning Details

Two AC units are located in the main living area and in each of the upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom does not have an AC unit but it maintains a consistent, pleasant temperature since most of the room is underground.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
