Check in was good Lost power at 5am. No emergency lights in hallway. Cold temperatures in the morning. No warning of loss of power. Hard to shower and shave for business meetings the next day in the dark.

Situated outside of the city. Rooms are not maintained. Bed is soft, sheets not tucked in (no fitted sheet) and had a yellow stain, pillows thick and hard. First room had many of the lights not working, 2 hangers only, no hairdryer, broken hook in bathroom, no glasses, one cup only just a lot of little things. Second room was not much better- bathroom sink was not draining(reported but not fixed), some lights not working. You need to Ask a day in advance to have the room cleaned. Front desk not responsive. Breakfast not included and expensive. I do not recommend this hotel for the cost- not worth it.

I have stayed there 3 times in 2025. People were running and being loud without any security keeping them quiet. Snow machines revint in the middle of the night. Rooms was not very clean the other times and one night there was no hot water and Expedia was not warned as it didn’t show on the app. The hot water was down for 3 days and they would have had enough time to warn Expedia.

The cleaning staff have limited communication in English & they did not make up our beds! They only vacuumed but did a poor job ! They didn’t take our garbage out! What’s happening there!? I did like eating there’ good breakfast/brunch friendly service there & the front desk!
