We were unable to stay at this location due to serious concerns about the safety of the neighborhood. Upon arrival, local law enforcement advised us not to leave our vehicles on the property and strongly cautioned against going outside the house after dark or before daylight. They also warned us not to open the door for anyone who might knock, citing frequent criminal activity in the area.Officers informed us that vehicle break-ins are common, particularly targeting higher-end vehicles like the Mercedes-Benz and Dodge Ram Pickup Truck we were driving. They expressed concern that our vehicles would likely be targeted.Additionally, we were made aware of ongoing gang-related activity in the neighborhood, including a homicide that occurred just last week. Even the local judge advised against staying in the area due to safety risks.We had traveled to town as officials for a local high school football game. After receiving this alarming information from law enforcement officers who regularly patrol the area, we returned to the house only briefly after the game to retrieve our belongings. We then drove two hours to secure accommodations at a hotel in a safer location.Given the severity of the safety concerns and the credible warnings from both law enforcement and judicial authorities, we respectfully request a full refund, or at the very least, a partial refund.Thank you,Greg
