My cousins and I really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and welcoming. The house was in a nice residential neighborhood, had a two car carport and a lovely front porch with rocking chairs. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Lando.

Very Extremely Comfortable

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The homey and cozy atmosphere was something I genuinely looked forward to returning to each day. I especially loved the softness of the furniture and beds – that was a huge highlight. As my first Vrbo rental, this was an amazing experience, and it certainly won't be my last!

Perfect place to stay!

It was very clean and a really good location! They were having some technical difficulties so I didn’t get a check in email, but he was very quick to respond so we could get into the house. I would stay here again.

Lando is great and responsive! We had an issue with the refrigerator and he sent someone fast! We just wish the back yard was cleaner in terms of all the overgrown bushes. But overall, we had a good stay.

This house was super qute. It's a bit quirky, but so charming. Loved it. Great parking and the private courtyard was a nice feature.

Perfect accommodations for our purpose

Valdosta ifs normally considerably warmer than Atlanta during the winter months making it a good place to get in a round of golf with comfortable temperatures. This rental property perfectly met our needs. It is clean and located near restaurants and shopping. Will rent again.

Old house

The house is very out dated, smells like mold and mildew. The house needs a good cleaning air vents mainly. Location was great for us. Didnt have all the things listed like washer and dryer.

This Property was advertised to be Private and Peaceful Home in Valdosta Near Everything. We found the property to be very private and near everything. However there were issues with cleanliness, communications, and peacefulness.Let's start with cleanliness, there was a pair of men underwear left in the 1st BR and in 2nd BR two pillars smell of human unwashed hair and did not seem as if they were changed from the smell of it. Otherwise the rest of the home seemed to be cleaned and in order.Next I will address peacefulness. The 1st night there were two cars driving by the property very slow between 10 pm and 5 pm and as they drove by the light was shining in the windows of the bedrooms. I could hear the noises of the street and unidentified noises through out the night which cause me to not be able to get a good night rest. The curtains in the bedrooms are thin so any light that is present will shine into the room. The cover on the beds are basically very thin sheets. Blankets are not offered by the property! However, Beds were comfortable.Communication was good the first day. Next day we had emergency, the CARBON MONIXIDE ALARM went off at night. Tried to contact host several times through different methods, NO RESPONSE from host was attempted until the NEXT DAY. Fire department was called and we packed up our stuff and LEFT IMMEDIATELY since we felt UNSAFE staying at property. Host was very unresponsive!!NO REFUND HAS BEEN OFFERED! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!!

Something went wrong with vrbo and i had to get the check in code from the owner. The listing should also include the driveway is on the side (not on the property address, which was somewhat confusing in the dark, when we arrived). The property was clean and did meet our needs, however all the mattresses need to be replaced. The beds were our only real complaint. At one point the hot water went out and the owner was very prompt and had it repaired in a few minutes. I would still recommend this house to others if asked.

Staying at this VRBO home was convenient, given its close proximity to Valdosta State University—just a block away! You can easily walk to campus, though knowing the backroads is helpful, as traffic can get a little busy in the city.The home was suitable for a short stay, though some issues stood out. A noticeable moldy smell lingered, which might be troublesome for those with allergies. Particularly from the carpet in the front room. The rest of the house had all wood floors.On the positive side, the space itself was adequate for a comfortable two-day stay. The price was lower than hotels in the area, and you get the space and privacy needed. The location is great—very close to the mall, outlets, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and downtown Valdosta. Cameras are installed outside, adding a layer of security for guests. Communication with the owner was easy and straightforward. They were accessible both through VRBO and by phone, making the booking and stay smooth.- Towels were provided, but warm water took a while to heat up in one bathroom. However, the water in the other bathroom near the back door was hot.- A longer shower curtain would help since water tends to splash onto the floor, requiring multiple towels to soak it up.- Parking is on the side of the house, not where Google Maps indicates, which can lead guests to the neighboring home. - Overall we had a good stay!
