REALLY LOVELY HOTEL

The hotel is an easy 10 minute drive to the centre of Valence - there is free car parking at the hotel - the staff are lovely - there are 2 dining options - both very good - a really comfortable place to stay.

The hotel interior is new and very cool. Breakfast is in a small pretty courtyard. Lots of parking. Great reception area.

GREAT place to stay en route very clean modern frisky and with a baby we were very happy Evening entertainment was excellent and pool was deep and clean - we loved it Highly recommend this as a pit stop Area around is not great as it’s off the krotorwah bur very very practical for driving across France

Very modern and atylish hotel, smelt great as soon as you walked in - room was very small but the bed was super comfy and the shower was great - very close to the motorway so the perfect spot to stay in the way to Switzerland

Fresh and newly renovated. Tiny rooms.

This hotel looks nothing from the outside but inside it is completely renovated in a colourful and attractive way. The rooms are also newly decorated but very small. I don't how Mercure can classify these as 4 star as they are the same size as an Ibis room. Room service is limited and over priced as is breakfast.

Das Hotel wirkt seit Jahren immer abgenutzter. Die Teppichböden sind sehr fleckig und ungereinigt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist die GerĂ€uschkulisse sehr hoch. Bei geschlossenem Fenster herrscht Ruhe. Sehr gute NĂ€he zur Autobahn. Reinigung des Hotels wĂ€re sehr empfehlenswert! Trotzdem, ich werde die Unterkunft wieder buchen!👍👍👍

Un peu déçus

Nous sommes des clients rĂ©guliers chez Mercure Valence Sud, et y faisons Ă©tape lors de nos allers-retours Strasbourg-Cannes. Nous en apprĂ©cions particuliĂšrement la dĂ©coration trĂšs originale. Pourtant nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus par l’accueil et la chambre manquant de lumiĂšre (une lampe manquante) qui nous a empĂȘchĂ© de lire, et la douche dont l’évacuation Ă©tait dĂ©faillante ce qui a crĂ©Ă© certains "dĂ©bordements" intempestifs. Nous nous en sommes adressĂ©s Ă  l’accueil, mais visiblement ils semblaient ĂȘtre pris de court et incapables d'intervenir. Nous pensons que ce n’était pas le "bon jour" et nous reviendrons ne serait-ce qu’un raison du charme de l’endroit.

Le personnel de cet Ă©tablissement est vraiment au top👍et d'une gentillesse irrĂ©prochable. Pour moi et ma compagne sĂ©jour de 14 jours. Seul bĂ©mol : la douche de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas ( pas trĂšs hygiĂ©nique) surtout par des grosses chaleurs. Sinon petits dĂ©jeuners excellents, il ne manquait de rien ( Paulette, votre jus de pomme, citron, carotte 👌😉)
