This stunning Mid-Century Architectural Masterpiece was designed by renowned architect Ken Kellogg. It sits atop its own hilltop, surrounded by the beautiful rolling hills of Valley Center. This peaceful retreat boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and incredible views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Each room is unique, and the entire home is like nothing you have experienced before. The home is situated on a working avocado ranch and includes a star-gazing patio & outdoor fire pit, a wrap-around deck for watching sunsets, and a paved road for nature walks among the avocado grove. All furniture and bespoke wooden details are custom to the house, and there are two fireplaces, as well as AC and heating to keep guests comfortable in any weather. Though you feel like you are at a peaceful retreat while on this hilltop property, it is a convenient 5-minute drive from highway 15 and a close distance to many other amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and wineries.
