Driving times to key locations: Béziers train station: approximately 20-25 minutes by car. Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport: approximately 15-20 minutes by car.

"Please note the check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The apartment is located on the ground floor (RDC). Parking is available on the street. Smoking is allowed. The property is suitable for children, infants, and events. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours, to respect our neighbors. We want you to have a pleasant stay!



Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
