Good location for Gas Town, however, the hotel room decor & general condition was tired and underwhelming - did not match advertising! Staff gave me the wrong room on arrival and then tried to tell me that is what I had booked. Took over an hour to resolve. I would not stay at this hotel again and would also not recommend it.

Although the suite had a double queen bedroom and a separate lounge with a sofa bed the room still felt cramped. It's also in need of refurbishment: the room felt very dated. The public areas of the hotel we nice though, the staff very friendly and there is on site parking.. And it's in a very convenient location for exploring downtown Vancouver.
