Amazing service, excellent menu for room service, very Ecco friendly hotel. We stayed for one night with our dog. We let the hotel staff know ahead of time that Fionn would be with us. They prepared a dog bed, food and water dishes, and had a welcome sign for Fionn.

Perfect stay!

Great check in experience. The agent was friendly and welcomed us in. She told us about the amenities and walked us to the elevators. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I had two restful sleeps. The heated bathroom floor was a great feeling on the feet. The hotel is located downtown right near the waterfront but the noise at night was not heard, great location, never had to wait long for a Uber.

Everything about my stay was great except for the charged parking. My understanding was that parking was included as part of my booking, as it had been mentioned beforehand. I believe parking should be included for guests, as it adds convenience and provides a small but meaningful privilege to enhance their experience.

What a beautiful hotel! Right from when you walk in you are welcomed with smiles and kindness. Rooms are spacious and the decor is stunning. 15 min walk to the pier and a block from the sky train. Great coffee shop around the corner. Highly recommend!

Nice property but they need to train their housekeepers. First time in my room and there was a cleaning glove on the floor in the bathroom. Days after, i come into my room and they left a bag of recycled bottles in the middle of my room! I have Never experienced this in any hotel, home and abroad. Yes i was given a discount but that experience wont be forgotten in a hurry.
