We got to our room quite late, as we checked in at 6PM went to a soccer game and came to the room at around 10PM. Unfortunately the vent in the king bed room wasn’t letting air in to cool down as it’s completely blanketed with a thick layer of dust (I have a photo I can share) . I didn’t contact front desk as our kids are asleep, and they are in the front room on the pull out bed, but it’s pretty bad to be breathing that in all night. It’s a good location, so hoping it would have been better for future stays. We will see when I speak with them tomorrow

Rooms where clean and sound proof, but they have no room service as described, we love to have room service so this was disappointing same as the breakfast included, no many options, and the option they had not very good, instead bacon they had this very low quality pork patty, no many options for kids. Algo Jacuzzi area very small not like it looks in the pictures.

Elevator issues

I stayed with my son and I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood with him after dark. The area is very convenient. Lots of shopping and dining options. Uber was convenient and about 10-15 per ride to get to all the attractions. The hotel was good my only complaint is you can’t use the stairs you have to use the elevator. It became very slow and inconvenient especially when one was down for hours. The breakfast was decent for a free breakfast. Would stay here again.

Our bed was directly against the elevator wall. Upon check in we were told our truck wouldn’t fit in their parking space and then the parking lot we were directed to by the front desk clerk was full. So we inconveniently had to drive around to find an available parking lot. The front desk clerk said “that’s just the way it is”.
