Good value and clean. We were lucky to get very quiet room not facing the highway. Very fair pet fee. Only issue is why not keep some gluten feee bread in the freezer for requests? Aside from eggs, containers of yogurt and a few fruits, your breakfast is off limits to anyone with a wheat or gluten issue.

It was a short 15-minute drive from Portland. We felt very safe here. The property was quiet even though near the highway. The breakfast was as good as any and the rooms and lobby were clean and comfortable. It felt safe to park in the free parking lot. The staff, especially the kitchen host were very friendly and helpful. Checkout online was a breeze.

Super easy to access, right off the freeway. Even though off the freeway, super quiet! Super friendly staff! Rooms also smelt super clean when we walked in. We will definitely stay here in the future!

The woman I've interacted with at the desk both times I've been here (in the evenings, I don't recall her name) has been fantastic. Very friendly. This stay, the power in my bathroom did not work. It was late so I didn't feel like making a fuss about it; and the power had been out very recently that evening so I thought nothing of it. Otherwise, my stays here have been pleasant.

Stay away from this hotel unless you are okay with a filthy bathroom... My husband and stayed in room 312 from 2/14-2/17 and when we arrived we noticed that the toilet seat was visibly dirty :( We went downstairs to inform the front desk gals and they were very receptive, but then told me that they couldn't housekeeping because they were gone for the night. I then had to ask if I was supposed to clean it and was told no, that one of them would take care of it. When we returned we noticed that the shower was also disgusting and had someone else's hair in it. We ended up going to the store to buy a plastic slip resistant liner for the bottom of the tub because it clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. When we originally spoke to front desk they had mentioned moving us to the King suite but couldn't do it because I was staying for more than one night and they were fully booked. I was then told that they would speak to their GM about a discount, but were unsure if it could be possible because I booked through Expedia. Front desk never said anything else about it and my bank statement shows that there was no discount on my stay. We will never be staying here again.

Comfortable bed. Sink drained very slowly. No mirror in room except in bath. Electric outlets worn…don’t hold plug well. Property is a bit tired and could use a refresh. Breakfast OK… nothing special but all the basics are there. Ok value for price but a few upgrades would go a long way
