Very nice rooms, cozy stay, friendly staff. Definitely would recommend this place for an apartment-hotel in the downtown core. Very close to the Granville strip and affordable for what you’re getting!

It was a nice spot, secure parking and nice staff! My main concern is that the unit was very warm and the A/C was not adjustable for just that unit, and the while building was already switched over to heat. We were asked to open windows and use a fan that the staff brought us, but that was not ideal as you could hear all the outside noise, and if you closed the windows it was too hot to sleep.

Great location (easy train from airport but can get a bit noisy) with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. However, other guests were having access card issues which slowed down the check-in process. Room was okay except the bed was too large for the bedroom so the door couldn’t close which defeated the purpose of paying for a separate room; duvet was too warm even with all the windows open in November. Single-use toiletries rather than refillable made the unit less eco-friendly and the shower curtain smelled mouldy. Balcony wasn’t private.

We loved everything about our stay here except for the beds themselves. We chose this place as it was a relatively long-term stay for work so we loved the idea of having a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, etc. And the place was awesome for all of those reasons. But the mattresses just weren't very comfortable. I highly recommend that Level upgrade their mattresses or puts some memory foam or mattress toppers on some of the old mattresses to improve the quality of the sleeps.

It was a great surprise as it was our first time staying at the Level Yaletown. The suite was fantastic, was super clean, quiet and had everything we needed, plus a balcony ! The only comment I have is that our bathroom was darker than we like with no extra counter space. We will be back.
