This lovely property is situated in a peaceful neighborhood and operates as a house hotel. It is conveniently located just 1.5 km from the bus station, fresh market, and several restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating; however, one notable drawback is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. The flexible check-in policy can lead to disturbances, as I experienced when guests arrived late at night, speaking loudly on the phone and showing that causing disruptions that interrupted my sleep.

Clean room, great staff, and the goodies they give you on check-in is awesome, close enough to Fraser and main st but far away where safety at night isn’t a concern. There was one night where the dude across the hall from me woke up at 4am and started tripping out and going crazy for a couple hours but that’s not the fault of the establishment.
