My experience with customer service was very poor. I was given mixed messages and then unclear explanations about where to come to check in and how to get to the parking lot. I called 3 times because the first 2 didn't make sense. I was never able to get the front desk manager to answer the phone to give me the correct answer to my questions. although I called many times. But the app WAZE fortunately brought me to the 15 min. parking area, at the hotel to check in. There is construction around the hotel, so that should have made the customer service people more attentive. It was very stressful until we were finally parked and in our room. Then, when I went to have a shower there was a long dark hair in the bathtub as well as one stuck in what I thought was a clean folded face cloth. The only saving thing was that it was right across the street from the Queen Elizabeth Theatre where we were taking our grandsons to see The Lion King, which was spectacular. So not a pleasant experience. And now I just noticed that you have the date wrong. We stayed over on Wed. August 27 to Thurs. August 28. So much is just WRONG.
