This was a mixed bag. The hotel is well-placed for access to the city. But there were many pain points. The North tower has two elevators ... slow and small. You can wait 10 minutes or more behind a line to get access to enter the elevator. Our room did not have central air - the air conditioning unit was noisy and our city view was of the parking lot. The shower had poor water volume and the shower fixtures, while new, were confusing to operate.

I enjoyed the room and the area of this hotel. The only thing I didn't like was that they only had 2 elevators. 1 of them stopped working during the day. 12 floors with only 1 elevator was not fun. They eventually fixed it. Waited 20 minutes, 4 separate times. Took 1 star off for the elevator wait times.

I'm in the process of contacting Expedia to ask for a refund. Expedia itinerary: 73222725558858 The room you gave me 614 was right beside an elevator, and that's all I heard most of the night. I got very little sleep and had to travel the next morning. My room did not have a working air conditioner but you provided me a standing fan, not the same result for putting me in sleep mode. I asked for a wake up, Cindy wrote it down...never got it. I had a sleepless night, total waste of $500, made it to my bus reservation for Chilliwack with five minutes remaining. Thank god for late boarding. I stayed here after a very great stay August 18 and 19. This one was an adventure through hell. Not impressed, I want my money back!!

The elevators get very busy, and we waited anywhere from 5- 20 minuets for one every time, and once there was a line up down the hallway, loved being on the top floor though!

Great and smooth check in. Allowed an earlier check in. Great and smooth check out. Safe underground parking. Very complicated to park. Parkade really needs some work. Huge holes in the floor. Very humid needs ventilation. Hard to navigate. Elevators. Very slow elevators. Very small and long wait times. Hotel is very very busy. Be patient. Wouldn’t say it was worth the 550$. Maybe 380-450? But it was convenient.

The staff were fantastic. The Moxies attached had great food and excellent service. The bathroom and the shower in particular were really nice. The bed was crisp and comfortable. Very comfortable stay.

My experience with customer service was very poor. I was given mixed messages and then unclear explanations about where to come to check in and how to get to the parking lot. I called 3 times because the first 2 didn't make sense. I was never able to get the front desk manager to answer the phone to give me the correct answer to my questions. although I called many times. But the app WAZE fortunately brought me to the 15 min. parking area, at the hotel to check in. There is construction around the hotel, so that should have made the customer service people more attentive. It was very stressful until we were finally parked and in our room. Then, when I went to have a shower there was a long dark hair in the bathtub as well as one stuck in what I thought was a clean folded face cloth. The only saving thing was that it was right across the street from the Queen Elizabeth Theatre where we were taking our grandsons to see The Lion King, which was spectacular. So not a pleasant experience. And now I just noticed that you have the date wrong. We stayed over on Wed. August 27 to Thurs. August 28. So much is just WRONG.

I inquired about parking before arriving and was told not a problem and enter from Beatty st. Guess what Beatty was closed and the park l and the parking area was under construction with very limited room to move. Our room had used soaps. The restaurant was very slow in the morning and the food was sub par.
