Room smelled musty and had a big wet spot on the carpet that didn’t dry throughout our stay (leak?). Big enough that it was hard to avoid stepping on it when walking to the bathroom. Mattress was comfortable enough but fitted sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed as they’d lost their elasticity. Decor is dated. Not a super pleasant place to stay. Avoided the room as much as possible. Frustrating given the price.

Elevator broken - had to carry heavy luggage up one flight of stairs and then back down; one person with bad knees had to really struggle to get up and down the stairs each time Window partly missing due to broken air conditioner and it was noisier from traffic and airplanes Floor from bed to window still wet from flooding so socks got wet We were not informed of any of this

i like the hotel friendly staff and convenient location but the water pressure in the shower is so slow like you're not washing your hair and also the pool area the floors are so slippery needs to provide more anti slip mats and staff needs to monitor the pool more often especially replenishing the towels and to check on the guests following the rules on the pool...during our stay so many kids were diving on the pool and hot tub even with their parents around.

Where do I start? There was a sound of running water through the pipes in our room...it was making so much noise that we couldn't sleep, we called reception, they sent us a maintenance guy who came to check on it and told us that there's nothing he can do about it and he said that he was going to talk to the manager but we never heard back from anyone and since it was our last night at the hotel...we sucked it up & left the next day. We had payed a lot of money to stay in a family suite for 5 days, the room was on the main floor, the first thing we noticed when we opened the curtains is that we were facing the parking lot, cars were parked right outside the window of our room, we could hear every car coming and going even in the middle of the night. We asked to be moved and we were told that all family rooms face the parking lot which I wish I had seen that in the reviews as I was not going to book a room at this hotel. Last but not least, we were told at the time of check in that they do not clean the rooms unless you call reception before 10am to put in a request for your room to be cleaned as the hotel is too big. I have stayed at big resorts in different countries and I have not heard anything like that in my life! Would I recommend this hotel? No! Would I stay in this hotel again? Absolutely not! I do not ever write reviews but I had to write one for this hotel as I wish someone has put all these details in the previous reviews, it would have helped me not to book it.

My family and I stayed there for 3 nights. The location was good, easy to navigate to where we wanted to visit without driving super far. There was lots of options for food and only 3 min drive to Costco. The hotel is nice and the rooms were good, but could use an update. My biggest complaint was the noise. We had a couple of men swearing and chasing down the hallway at 3:30 am on our second night. There is a lot of people coming and going at all hours of the evening. You can hear a lot of the doors slamming close and people talking.

Everything was excellent. We had our dinner at the Chops Steak House. The food is top-notch. The outdoor pool is the highlight of our stay. Kids enjoyed it so much. The room is clean but we just had a bit of a problem. There’s a wet part of the carpeted floor. It started small but in like 3nights of our stay, the wet area got wider. We called the receptionist on, first attempt they told us they're gonna send someone. But they didn't. The second call they send us someone. Tho they asked us if we wanted to move to another room, we just said no since we’re checking out the following morning. All in all, experience is very good. Staying at this hotel is very good.

Unique space, with multiple pools and a water slide. Layout is sometimes confusing. Was nice enough, but lots of little things in the room and around the grounds felt poorly maintained. The area around the water slide in particular needs some love. Suitable for a weekend, and easy enough to access, but I don’t know that I’d come back.
