Booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. Paid accordingly for the amenities, there are cheaper hotels. Hot tub out of order and pool was cold. No bath towels in the room and coffee machine in the room did not work. No morning shower or coffee and no pool for the kids. Could have got this type of hotel for 1/2 the price.
