The king bed had only 2 pillows and to get more, we had to go to the front desk, despite the text sent to us to let them know if we needed anything. One of our entry cards did not work and it took 3 more tries before one would work. Then we found that the TV remote wasn’t working and neither did the replacement that I was given when I went to the front desk for the 4th time. I gave up when the next time I went to the desk there was a line up at least a dozen people deep and only one staff person working. Finally, 1 hour before check out time the next morning, we got a working remote delivered to our room, after dropping the one that didn’t work off when getting our breakfast bag. Overall, a bit of a frustrating time.

Absolutely disgusting! Smelt like stale smoke and urine. Extremely unsanitary. Stains on sheets and towels. Refuse to let us cancel the second night. Can’t believe this place is still open.

Good value for location. Property is dated, no shuttle, no breakfast. Long term parking is offered at lower than airport fees. 15 min walk to sky train. The cheapest hotel close to airport. Have stayed here several times.

My online booking was easy and my reservation was seamless. This is not always the case for me on other places i’ve tried. The hotel was older and had some bumps and bruising to the walls and required some patching. The price was fair and reflected the condition. The room was clean, the bed was good and the sheets were clean. For an overnight layover it was the right choice and i would stay there again. No shuttle service but the front desk called a taxi that arrived promptly. The service was good and polite, checking in and out was very quick and easy.

Was advertised online for 0-ended up charging me over $300. Then still had the $200 depoait once I arrived. Once we got to our room the lock on the door had been replaced...leaving an open dome on the side of our door. No bible could be found-which typically isnt something i care for but ive never been to a hotel without one. Online they advertised a brealfast dervice. When we woke up and went downstaors to the lobby we struggled to find breakfast service. When we asked the dront desk the lady said "theyre grab and go bags" our $300 hotels breakfast service was a childs school lunch We were handed a brown paper bag that had a water bottle, juice box, an apple, a nutrigrain bar , and a muffin smaller than the palm of my hand (that was very soggy by the way) Incredible disappointing. Especially for the price. Would have been acceptable if it dtayed at original advertised price. Would not recommend.
