Really good choice since you have a kitchen, the location is very convenient. There was couple things that could be better but not relevant.

The suite was clean and confortable. The area was walkable and convenient. I was hoping there would be a patio/balcony or some sort of an outdoor space near our suite but there was not. The housekeeping team in the laundry area were very noisy with loud talking.

It was our second time staying at this property. Location is amazing for this hotel! Close to the parliament building and harbour, and about 20 minutes from Fisherman's Wharf. Beds are really comfortable! Rooms are older. Some of the cutlery in our kitchen drawers were still a bit dirty, so washed what we needed. A bit noisy as its on a main street. Overall a good stay.

The fresh fruit and coffee/tea station in reception was well received. Great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. On the minus side were that 2 of our party had to ask to have their rooms cleaned and towels changed and the range hood filter in our room was so dirty that it had grease dripping from it. This was remedied as soon as I mentioned it but someone should be monitoring these things.
