José Maria, Rocio and Addy at the front desk are phenomenal. Kudos to them and the entire AC team. Even with an earthquake on our final day the experience was excellent and we will tell friends and more importantly we will be back in June-July of 2026

Staff was extremely rude. We received inconsistent information about what was allowed to do around the outdoor pool area and the schedule. Security guard threatened our party to lock us out of the building and became belligerent raising his voice to the ladies in our party. And no, we were not drunk or were disrespectful or noisy. He became angry when we informed him that the server and another staff member toñd us it was ok for us to stay in the pool area.

My stay was overall very pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was great—especially the young woman who kindly upgraded my room when I asked. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the parking garage. The spaces were very tight, not handicap accessible, and located three floors below the lobby, which made it a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, a great stay and excellent service
