The property accommodates a maximum of 3 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area spans 21 m2 and includes a dining table and a kitchen corner, creating a welcoming and functional open space. The 1 double bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning and forced-air heating system, ensuring year-round comfort. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC.
