the property is located just 4 km from the beach, and 2 km from the town of Struda; 4 km from Acaya Golf Course, and 12 km from Lecce. Brindisi Airport is easily accessible, while Bari and Otranto offer further regional connections.

Rental Roles:
Minimum stay: 7 nights in high and mid-season, 3 nights in low season Flexible arrivals always permitted.

Security deposit: €4,000 to be wired to the owner at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Refunded within two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Guests must leave the accommodation clean and tidy; any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance, or rubbish disposal will be charged against the deposit.

Pool opens approximately April 1 – October 31 (dates subject to weather conditions).
Pool heating included, but water temperature depends on weather and outside conditions.

A wedding fee of €5,000 applies, in addition to accommodation.
