This property was done beautifully. There were control screens to turn on/off the lights, close the window shades, and unlock the door to the room (this feature I didn't like because it was overly sensitive and I didn't realize the door was partially open. The bathroom was wonderful! It was equipped with accent lighting as well as normal lights.

Cleanliness was very good. Check in prompt and professional, staff very helpful. Room good but a bit dated. Breakfast ok but could do with more choice and quicker top up of food and pots run out.

Perect location for Verona.

V nice hotel conveniently situated for the station and the town center. Slightly eccentric and confusing controls/switches in the 6xx rooms, but excellent shower.

The hotel is in a good location, can get into the main city in around 15/20 minute walk and the train station in a 10 minute walk. Beds were firm and comfortable and all very clean. The only downside were the staff. The woman on check in was so so rude and continued to be rude throughout our stay it’s like we were an inconvenience and she didn't want us there. Other staff were fine but we weren’t really made to feel welcome so for that reason I would not stay again. Also it didn’t feel that safe for two young women.
