Located in the seaside village of Port Elliot, this three-bedroom, air conditioned holiday home is perfect for your family getaway.

With open plan living, two bathrooms and all the home comforts including air conditioning and heating, fans, Digital TV with WIFI, DVD and a self-contained kitchen. Linen is provided as optional extra or we can supply sheets, pillow cases and towels yourself at no extra cost.

The home sleeps up to 8 people and includes 1 x Queen, 1 x Double and 4 x Single beds. The home is ideal for a family or even two families that could share a getaway!

The property is only a 100m stroll to the beautiful Port Elliott Beach as well as only a short drive to Port Elliott shops, hotels and cafes or Victor Harbour.

Enjoy a BBQ under the entertaining area or sit on the balcony with a cold beer or wine and enjoy the sunset over the gorgeous hills.

Our family of 4 adults, 2 young kids and 1 dog thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The girls loved the novelty of bunk beds and the adult beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was great to have 2 toilets! The beach was a short 5 minutes walk from the house and we had great fun jumping the waves and building sandcastles every day. Other activities included a visit to Urimbirra Wildlife Park (10 minutes drive), Saturday morning market in Port Elliot and a wonderful ride on the Cockletrain to Goolwa. We highly recommend this property for a family beach getaway.

Thanks for the accomodation at Pt Elliot. House was comfortable, roomy and good access.There was only 1 sugar serve left and some condiments were out of date. House and location were just right for our stay and we enjoy visiting Pt Elliot especially this visit for our sons wedding.

Stayed 4 nights over the winter school holidays. Accomodation was average and overall had a pleasant experience. Positives:- water purifier available which was very handy when holidaying with kids. - well stocked cupboards/ utensils, some spices, sauces and condiments, coffee pods, creamer. - comfy beds and quilts - beautiful hillside view, deck and fire pit. - good selection of board games, puzzles and books - kids loved the spot it game! On the negative, the fridge/freezer intermittently lost power and needed to be restarted manually. The dishwasher also had an issue with not emptying the water fully after a cycle. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay as these issues did not impact our holiday. Thanks Scott.

Lovely shack getaway!

We loved every minute of our beach getaway. We enjoyed toasting marshmallows on the fire pit, walking to the beach and catching up with family and friends. It was perfect for what we needed.

Great location. Near beach and township. Great outlook toward hills, and patio space for relaxing. Property compact and easy to navigate. Everything there we could need. 0ur 92yr old father stayed with us, who has mid level dementia, and he liked the stay there which was a bonus!

A weekend with good friends at the Hillsview house

The house was nice and tidy when we arrived. We had everything we needed and felt super comfortable right away. Everyone loved the view of the hills from the balcony and how close the house was to Boomer's Beach. The owner is a great communicator. He's friendly and kept us updated on all the information we needed to know about our stay. Highly recommend!
