Avaruus:

Kaunis, moderni 2 makuuhuoneen (plus ulosvedettävä sohva) sviitti, 1 ylellinen kylpyhuone. Maksuton pysäköinti jopa 2 autolle sisäänkäynnin vieressä. Valtava patio ja piha. Keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset upeaan oleskeluun. Kylpyhuoneessa on lämmitetyt laattalattiat, avautuva ikkuna ja kylpyamme / suihku. Jos tarvitset tilaa vielä useammille vieraille, vuokraan myös yläkerran sviitin. Katso toinen listani! Voit vuokrata koko talon jopa 13 vieraalle.

Olohuoneessa / ruokailutilassa on ulosvedettävä sohva ja tuoli sekä jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa queen-size-vuode. Keittiön saarella on 5 baarituolia ruokailuun ja syöttötuoli on saatavilla pyynnöstä.

Kaksi isoa terassia, yksi avoin ja yksityinen omaan käyttöösi, ja toinen on peitetty propaani-palokuopalla ja sohvilla (jaettu yläkerran yksikön kanssa).

Vieras pääsy:

Keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset ruoanlaittoon / valmistukseen. Kahvi, tee, sokeri, mausteet ja mausteet sisältyvät hintaan. Hedelmätarha, jossa on omenoita, päärynöitä ja luumuja (kesä / heinäkuu), tuoreita yrttejä ja tuotteita (kausiluonteisia) on myös omaan käyttöösi. Myös mansikoita ja vadelmia poimittavaksi pihalla (touko-kesäkuu) ja karhunvatukat ympäri naapurustoa (heinä / elokuu). * Huomaa: Sviitissä ei ole astianpesukonetta.

Mukana Netflix ja nopea langaton internet.

Piha on jaettu yläkerran sviitille ja myös pesutupa (myös vain 5 päivän tai pidempään oleskeluun). Propaani Weber-grillausmahdollisuus ja katettu terassi, jossa on paloaukko, ovat myös käytettävissäsi, mutta ne jaetaan myös yläkerran vieraille. Huomaa: Tämä ominaisuus sijaitsee pienen Pat Bay -moottoritien vieressä, joten voit kuulla kohtuullista tien melua pihalla liikenteen ruuhka-aikoina.

Suurella terassilla on ruokapöytä, jossa on neljä tuolia ja sateenvarjo. Pihalla on myös nurmikotuolit ja piknikpöytä auringon nauttimiseksi :-) Peitetyllä terassilla on sohvat ja propaani-palokammio (jaettu yläkerran yksikön kanssa).

Talon säännöt:

Tämä on savuton kiinteistö, myös piha. EI POIKKEUKSIA! 50 dollarin sakko kiinteistön tupakoinnista. Yläkerran sviitissä on vieraita eri aikoina, joten ota huomioon, että omaisuus on jaettu. Ole tietoinen melusta, etenkin öisin ja aamulla. Pesula on saatavana vain vähintään 5 päivän oleskeluun. Lemmikkieläimet ovat sallittuja ennakkoluvalla ja kertaluonteisen 20 dollarin lemmikkimaksu.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Panorama-virkistyskeskus. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi vesipuiston ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Wish we had longer than a 17 hours stay!

It was our last night and we had an early flight. It is very convenient to the airport. Because of the rain we did not have an opportunity to use the outside dining or fire pit area. KItchen was well appointed....even had spices.

Wonderful family getaway

We loved this property. This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. This time we stayed in the basement 2-bedroom suite. The bathroom is small and could be an issue sharing with 4 people as you will need to take turns. The yard is great. The kids love being able to run around. The BBQ worked great with the little patio seating by the entrance. The property location is great as it’s right off the highway. The backyard is loud, as it backs onto the highway but you can not hear any of that noise when you are inside the suite. We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 elementary school-age kids).

We had a great stay.

The place was exactly as described. We had a small dog with us and when we arrived there were dog dishes waiting for us, such a nice touch! Would have loved to stay an extra night, but it was booked.

Beautiful Grounds, consummate Hosts

The property was perfect for us and the two dogs we were traveling with. We used the outdoor table and grill and really enjoyed the beautiful yard. The suite was very comfortable with everything we needed. Shannon was an excellent host and helped us with several special requests, making our trip hassle free.

Wonderful property in great location

The property had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the location so close to the ocean, easy walking distance with pedestrian overpass to cross the highway. Nice to be out of the city yet just a short trip in to Victoria. Shannon was a delight to deal with. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great place and even better hosts.

Host Shannon and her husband Jeff were fabulous hosts.. The suite was extremely clean and the house is set on a huge backyard which was great for our dog and back yard grilling. There are two spacious bedrooms at either end of the suite allowing for privacy. We would definitely come back.

Great Stay

This is a great location, equipped with all your needs, and an attentive landlord. Noise from the nearby highway did not bother us at all and the neighbourhood was close to hikes and walking paths.

Cute apartment in good central location.

Loved the apartment! It was in a nice central location—very close to Sidney and not far from Victoria. Only drawback was the traffic noise outside, but inside you did not hear it.

Lovely grounds

Perfect for our needs!

This lower level suite was perfect for our needs. The owner was very accommodating and let us stay a bit later as we were coordinating our child's move-in to University. Our dog loved the back yard also, and there was a perfect space for us to run and throw the ball. We appreciated the selection of wines and coffee to grind in the morning (although some Coffeemate would be a great add-on!) We will definitely book again.

Beautiful Property, Great Hostess

This property was better than I expected just as the pictures represent, although I didn't pay enough attention to where it was located, (next to the main highway in Victoria, which made for a huge constant traffic noise), and made it difficult to sleep even with the windows all closed (which I never do at home). I also wasn't told that it was underneath another rental, that quite frankly became a huge problem. When I arrived, there were 11 people in the courtyard, having a picnic/barbecue so there was no privacy at all as I expected after a very long day of travel. Older children were running around in front of my window, which felt intrusive, and no one was supervising at all. They appropriated all the chairs outside in front (while I was unpacking) for themselves and carried them off to another area, and it was very awkward to ask for them back so I too, could enjoy the outdoors. Younger children were constantly running back and forth across the floor (sounded like a herd of elephants) until I called the hostess about 9pm who was kind but insisted she posted that the property was by a highway when I brought up that I needed some rest. She texted or called them after she told me that they would be leaving the next morning, and the noise subsided until the next morning at 6am (I had planned to sleep in) and it was louder and worse than the night before. I got up, got dressed and got out of there early, and I didn't come home until late the next evening and it was an instant replay of the night before with different guests. So I didn't get much sleep for the money I paid. Shannon was kind and understanding, but there was really no other option for me since I paid in advance and everything was full because of Canada Day. I never thought to ask if it was a multiple family dwelling, so I learned to ask alot more questions. Plus I had the impression it was within walking distance to the water, and you have to drive there. The exit it is off of requires a roundabout way back to the highway, so nothing is really close, or within walking distance.
