I booked 2 rooms and everything showed correctly in my email for the reservation. But when we were at the hotel checking in, the receptionist told me that nothing under my name showed up. She asked me to call expedia and it took extremely long to figure it out. We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds but they were not available even though we reserved it initially, and we had to take rooms with one king bed which gave us a hard time. We are very dissatisfied with this experience.

This place was not all kept, it was really dirty. The hot tub and the pool were so dirty. The floors in the carpets were not vacuumed or cleaned. The breakfast was only waffles, scrambled eggs and some nasty cereals. We reserved this hotel via Expedia, when we were on the way to the hotel one of the attendant called me, to inform me that I no longer have two queen beds room. They only have king bed room now. I told them but I have three kids with me I need a two queen beds room that is why I reserved that room. But he kept insisting that that's the reason he is calling me to let me know that the two queen beds room is no longer available. I was trying to figure out what is the point of reserving the room when you are giving the room away to somebody else? He then proceeded to say go ahead and cancel the reservation, which was very unprofessional and letting me know that I am not valued as a customer. Overall I had a very bad experience staying in that hotel.
