Perfect place for our night's stay

The room was fine, although the sink faucet was leaking badly and the shower head was really clogged. (We always try to tell the front desk about anything that needs attention, but got distracted as we were leaving and forgot to do so this time.) Otherwise, the room was just fine, the breakfast good, the staff friendly, and no complaints! We'll stay there again when we come back through town.

It was a quick overnight stay. Hotel seemed clean, but is older and could use some updating. Way too strong of smell to try and make the hotel smell good.

I requested a ground level room and was told none was available. The first room they gave me the toilet was inoperable. They issued me a 2nd room that had the same toilet plumbing problem! When I returned the 3rd time to ask for another room a gentleman checking in requested a ground level room and was given one. I again asked for a ground level room and they were able to provide one. The next morning when I checked out there was a girl at the front desk and I mentioned to her that the first two rooms i was given had toilet plumbing issues and her unprofessional reply was, “Better luck next time”. There will not be a next time, I was very disappointed in my stay. Your staff should get training on being professional and providing great customer service.

Disappointed

My family and I are dedicated to the Holiday Inn because of the cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional hospitality from staff. However, on this visit, I was extremely disappointed. Although we had a reservation, all the rooms were booked and we had nowhere to stay. To make matters worse the front desk staff member was dismissive, rude, and made me feel as though it was my fault. I was left with 3 children and my elderly father, late at night, searching for a room and on the phone trying to get a refund for a room that I thought was secured. Support and assistance from the front desk would have restored my faith in the Holiday Inn.
