The bathroom toilet was dirty with feces, and we told the owner, but he just said "sorry." That doesn't show good customer service. We paid for a clean room. We showed him a picture, and he kept saying it couldn't be true. I had to clean it myself so we could use it. We only stayed because it was already 2 in the morning.

Welcomed by friendly office staff, check-in was super easy/fast. Room 102 (non-smoking) had no smell and was very clean…bathroom area was immaculate! Adequate supply of towels and extra toilet paper was provided. Bed and bedding were nice by. Room air conditioning unit (appeared new) worked just great (and no ‘musty’ smell!), the other amenities—microwave, refrigerator, mini coffee maker and hair dryer all worked fine. Breakfast offering was good—coffee, juice, cereal, toast, bagels and mini muffins. Exterior of property was well lit at night. Will stay here again on next trips!

Can tell is old. Door was hard to open, close and lock. Room had broken mirror on back of bathroom door. Jetted tub had buttons broke but still worked. Bed was hard. Room was clean and staff was nice. Parking was convenient.
