The property is convenient off the freeway with lots of shopping and food options close by. Our check-in went smooth and quick and the staff was friendly. The elevator could use some updating but worked for us while we were there. The beds (mattresses) were very uncomfortable and left us with sore backs. It was challenging to find a guide for the TV but it worked well with plenty of channels. Otherwise the room and property seemed clean and in pretty good condition.

Every single staff member that I dealt with was kind, friendly and eager to help. We were there due to an emergency and everyone was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast is one of the better ones and my kids loved the free cookies at the front desk. Our room was clean and comfortable. And extra points for having liquid hand soap in the bathroom! It’s a little thing but I wish more places provided this.

Customer service for front dest is average. The girl at the counter was not friendly or welcoming. The room was spacious and great. Love the two king size beds. The bathroom was nice and big. Fridge could be upgraded. There was a big closet that was not needed. Breakfast was nice with a good variety to select from. Pool area looked nice but we didnt get to enjoy because it was too crowded during our stay. Overall we had a good stay.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. Really friendly, patient and welcoming. We loved the indoor poor and how late it stays open. The breakfast was really yummy and everything was great! Definitely booking again in the future.

Excellent Place to Stay!

Our stay was overall excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was EXTREMELY COMFY. The check-in was quick, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. A few minor details: 1) we were given a handicap room, not sure why. 2) The shower/shower curtain did not keep the water inside the area. We went through multiple towels to clean it up. 3) The bathroom door would not stay open without a prop and the exhaust fan was not working.
