Villa Lucentia is a charming villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps nine people. From Villa Lucentia you will enjoy a charming view of the Gulf of Salerno and of the sea. Villa Lucentia is 290 square meters (3122 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from the center of Vietri sul Mare, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards), a grocery store at 750 meters (820 yards), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Salerno line at 600 meters (roughly 1970 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Vietri beach) at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 miles). You will reach Villa Lucentia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Lucentia we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to five cars. Please note that access to Villa Lucentia is along a narrow uphill road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, 2.2 meters (7.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with wrought-iron benches. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the Gulf of Salerno and of the sea. The pool is open from the end of May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch and by a retractable awning. It is equipped with small sofas and armchairs. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the garden and, partially, of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees and by a pergola. The garden is equipped with two masonry benches, as well as with chairs. Here you will also find a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the coastline.
Verandah
The verandah is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the patio through an external access. Is equipped with a masonry bench. You will find a table and chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery.
Living Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling boasts a star vault. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has a glass wall. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the first living room through an arched opening. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling boasts a star vault. The furnishings are classic, and include a small sofa and two armchairs. There is an elegant fireplace, for decorative purposes only. Here you will find a card table. The room has a glass window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the first and second living room through an arched opening. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The furnishings include a rocking chair. The room has a roof window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through a corridor. It is equipped with a three-burner gas cooker and a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine (located on the small patio), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a small patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the dining room through an access area. The floor is paved with lucid sky-blue tiles. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the dining room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a chaise longue. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the garden through an external access. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. It has two single beds (80 cm/32 inches) and a pull-out single bed (80 cm/32 inches), two of them can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The furnishings include two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two large panoramic windows. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator, as well as a pool table. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
