Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 170 m² house in Villaines-les-Rochers to rent for up to 12 people. It has a 47 m² living room, two fully equipped kitchens, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 47 m² living room with a double sofa bed, a piano and a pole dance bar
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob.
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room
- Shower room with WC
2nd floor:
- A living room with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining area and an open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190)
- A shower room with shower, WC and washing machine
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan.
Outside:
- A beautiful 500 m² garden and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Villaines-les-Rochers, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops are close by, as well as restaurants, a bar and a market...
