This home is elegant and spacious, and is a home where guests can have a quality, hassle-free beachside holiday with their family or friends. Vinny Beach House 1 is the downstairs unit of a duplex and is complete with open plan living and gourmet kitchens. Guests can enjoy the terrace and BBQ area in the backyard which is accessed from the living area. This home is ideally located for your beachside holiday in Jervis Bay with family or friends!

Where will I be?

Vinny Beach House 1 is only minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay! The bike path that leads to Huskisson is also close by. The local shops are within a few minutes drive, as are the towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach. There is also a boat ramp at Plantation Point is around 500 metres from the house.

Vinny Beach House 1 is a brand new home designed for beach living. The home is modern and spacious and has quality inclusions such as induction cooking, BBQs, 3 bedrooms (1 with ensuite) and laundry. The property doesn't have carpet so is considered hypoallergenic. Guests will enjoy staying in this premium property so close to the beaches!

How is the property laid out?

Vinny Beach House 1 is the right hand side, downstairs unit of a duplex building. Walk down the path to the left of the house and enter through the front door. Enter the door where you will find the king bedroom with ensuite, 2 queen bedrooms, and shared bathroom. Continue down the hall to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens to the backyard and terrace with BBQ and outdoor dining.

WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.

There is a large Samsung smart TV in the lounge room. Please bring your own login details for streaming services.

Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.

What about outdoors?

Vinny Beach House 1, Vincentia is ideally located within minutes of several beaches. If you prefer to enjoy the outdoor area of the property, there is a balcony accessed from the living area with views to Jervis Bay, and has outdoor dining and a BBQ.

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

Vinny Beach House 1, Vincentia has air conditioning and heating in each lounge room and all bedrooms.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Vinny Beach House 1, Vincentia supplies sheets and towels. Please bring your own beach towel however.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is shared parking for 2 cars on the driveway, as well as free parking on the street. Vinny Beach House 1 has a 3 phase 5 pin multiport charger next to the garage for EVs. However, you will need to bring your own charging cable as this is not supplied. Please note that the upstairs and downstairs units at Vinny Beach House both have access to the one EV charger.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, Vinny Beach House 1, Vincentia is not a pet friendly property.

Is there any special information I should know about?

Please be aware that there is a security camera on the roof overlooking the front council driveway only. This will not impact your privacy at all and is purely for security purposes when the house is vacant.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
