This rental property has one shared wall with another rental. The wall has extra insulation and is very quiet. We are located over 300 feet from the main road which is great for easy access and is further back then many other rentals in the area. You will still have some noise though as is common for the area.
There are private and shared outdoor spaces for guests. **The hot tub is a shared space between rentals.**
