Tämä 21. ja 22. kadun välissä sijaitseva huoneisto tarjoaa merinäkymät ja sivulaseja yksityiseltä, katettuun pysäköintihalliin, rantakadulle ja rannalle.

Nauti meren ja rantakadun näkymistä rannan parvekkeelta. Rentoudu päivän päätteeksi olohuoneessa 50 tuuman Sony-LCD-televisiolla, jossa on Netflix-yhteys ja Blu-ray-DVD-soitin, La-Z-Boy-sohva ja avoautoinen futon. Maistele ateriasi kun katsot merta ruokailualueella mukavalla istuimella 6 hengelle. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu ja siinä on aamiaisbaari, jos tarvitaan lisää istuimia.

Mukavissa nukkumisjärjestelyissä on: makuuhuone king-vuode, parveke ja kylpyamme porealtaalla; ja toinen makuuhuone, jossa on 2 erillistä vuodetta, jotka voidaan helposti muuntaa king-vuode, jos halutaan, sekä oma kylpyhuone. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on LCD-taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin ja herätyskello / radio.

Great location on the beach. Living room balcony overlooking beach and master bedroom balcony overlooking street and shops. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Location & View

It is located in the heart of Virginia Beach with access to all little charming restaurants and shops. There is a straight shot to the highway towards Norfolk. And you cannot beat the ocean view. Wonderful place

A great place.

Very nicely done property. Plenty of room to stretch out. We walked most places to eat or shop. Spent 3 days commuting to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Perfect beach evenings after those days. Easy walk to the beach. Felt like a resort without all the resort people.

Margie is very easy to work with and is readily available if anything is needed-easy seamless check in process and an amazing rental with a awesome view oceanfront and the best of Atlantic Ave as well! I absolutely love this rental and highly recommend it!!!!

We got to the place late Saturday night and the neighborhood was hopping but you could barely hear it inside. The next morning.... magical. The apartment is amazing and the view is a dream. We shopped up and down the strip and often went to the beach to unwind. It's literally like a home away from home, clean, spacious and relaxing. We're excited to come back again for the magic! Thank you Maggie for being such a helpful gracious manager to me and my family. :)

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, loved the Keurig, dishes &silverware were of very good quality. Appreciated that there was TP,garbage bags to get you started. TV remotes easy to use, Margie was very good at responding to questions. Beds & furniture comfy,,recommend the laundry service. The screen door leading into the condo was cumbersome to get around when using the carts to bring up suitcases, etc....overall I would book again.

Beautiful and clean condo

Very clean condo with great views! Much larger than the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone. Master bedroom is on the street side, across from a night club. It can be noisy at times, but tolerable. Makes for great people watching though LOL We had a wonderful stay and would come back for sure! Margie was wonderful to work with and we had no issues. Thanks for a great beach vacation!

Great places to eat within a block. Would recommend.

Nice Clean Condo

The condo was extremely nice and was very clean when we arrived. This location was very easy to find and provided views of the beach and boardwalk. Contact with the property manager was quick and effective. The only caution is with the noise. As this location is close to several bars that close at 2am, anyone that is not accustom to the noise from outside might have a hard time sleeping until the bars close. That being said, this location is ideal for anyone that enjoys a vibrant night life. I would recommend to several friends.

Review

The property surprised me from the outside. I was expecting something a little nicer. The inside kitchen was very nice. The bathrooms could use some updating but functioned just fine. The balcony view of the Ocean was nice also. I covered the futon and the couch with sheets because I felt like they looked very well used, and didn’t want my children sitting on them. Perhaps a material that could be wiped off would be better.

Best location!

It's always hard finding the "perfect" location for vacation, especially when you aren't familiar with the area. I rely a lot on reviews, so I will share mine and hope it helps you! This location is perfect! It is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo, incredibly clean - and was perfect for us (4 adults). There is room to sleep 6, probably 8 if you use the fold out couches in the living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. with a walk in shower. There is a balcony off the master bedroom overlooking Atlantic Ave. The second bathroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed set - it also has its own bathroom/shower. There is a half bath near the kitchen/living room area. The kitchen is perfect - and has all you need for your stay - cooking in or going out. Living room with 2 couches and a TV. There is parking available right on site - and the beach is literally right outside your door! There are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance - for us it was the absolute perfect location. It can be a little loud at night - but with a fan or white noise machine (there is one in both bedrooms) you don't hear a thing. I highly recommend this rental!

We were pleased with the security gate and doors restricting access to the building. Linen service worked well and was easier than packing everything. The location is very convenient. Beach was steps away and it was a short walk to our favorite restaurant, Waterman's. Margie and her team at Berkshire Hathaway were fantastic. Any questions were answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

It was in a great spot on the boardwalk. Marge Chapman the owner was so easy to work with. Parking was provided at the condo. Easy to get the keys and gate opener on arrival. The only draw back was it was very noisy late at night on the weekends. I would stay there again.

We have stayed in several units over the years. It has been a VERY rare occurrence that we needed somthing from management after moving in, but when we have Margie and her team are on top of it! Their services and attention to detail could not be better from reservations to check in to check out. Always seamless. Highly recommend you use this team.

Location Was Good and Bad

The location of this property is both a blessing and a curse. We LOVED being within walking distance of so many shops, restaurants, entertainment and of course the beach/boardwalk. However, this convenience comes at a cost; the street noise is constant. If you are used to the typical sounds of a city at night (i.e. traffic, music and voices) or you are a night owl, then this would not be an issue for you. I was not surprised by the noise, others had commented on it as well, but I had hoped it would be more intermittent. The unit was clean, well stocked and roomy enough for our family of 4. Check in/check out was a breeze; instructions were clear and Margie was always available should any questions arise before, during or after our stay. I would most likely consider this condo again because I think the good outweighs the bad. I am now better prepared for what to expect and would bring a fan to help reduce the noise at night or plan to sleep in the living area where it may be a little quieter.
