My 92-year-old father and I were treated with such kindness that I wanted to share our experience. Jean and Beyza greeted us daily with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Maurice, the restaurant manager, made sure we had everything we needed each morning, and another front-desk gentleman kindly helped me get milk for my dad one evening when the market was out—such a thoughtful gesture! Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. But what truly stood out was the genuine care and compassion of the staff. We felt safe, supported, and very much at home. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Virginia Beach.

The hotel only has housekeeping clean rooms every other day instead of every day like other hotels....But the problem is we were staying the hotel six days and our room was only cleaned once in that time, We removed the do not disturb sign from our door and saw that housekeeping were several rooms away. But they still did not clean our rooms that day. This happened several times.....The furniture in the rooms was very limited.... only 2 draws in the room. very little storage space. The closets were very small as well....

The lady that checked me in was wonderful, but the lady I guess that just finished her shift was griping at her instead of taking to the side to discuss some problems she was having. The morning girl, I told her I had to check out early bc of a death in the family. Well I still have to check you out for Friday. While interrupting another guest that was trying to get help from her. She just stopped helping him and helped me. Not professional.

Immediate area is very quiet with good food and shopping options nearby. Staff was helpful and professional. Breakfast had good options. There is a selection of beer and wine on tap in lobby for a fee, attendant was super helpful in helping us understand it.
