Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Service fee: 10 per cent
• You may be asked to pay the following charges at the property: Peru value-added tax (18%). Nonresident travellers who present a valid passport and tourist visa/immigration card may be exempt from value-added tax (18%).

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: from approximately PEN 50 for adults and from PEN 50 for children
• Pet deposit: PEN 300 per stay
• Pet fee: PEN 100 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Crib (infant bed) fee: PEN 40.0 per night

This may not be a comprehensive list. Fees and deposits are subject to change and might not include tax.

• Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorised responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarised supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
• Connecting/adjoining rooms are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property at the number on your booking confirmation.
• Pets are welcome in certain rooms only; other restrictions apply (please see the Fees section for related charges). To make arrangements for your pet, contact the property directly at the number on your booking confirmation.
