O apartamento localizado na orla da Praia do Morro em Guarapari-ES, ao se levantar você vai se deparar com 2 lindas vistas completa da orla, uma para a praia do morro e a outra para praia da Cerca.

Se você está procurando um lugar bastante agitado então este não e o lugar que voce esta procurando, temos pela manhã o canto dos pássaros e o barulho suave das ondas do mar.

Se você quer mesmo descansar temos 4 vagas de garagem, chegando lá deixa o carro na garagem e vai até o supermercado fazer uma caminhada , temos 3 opções aproximadamente 3 quarteirões pequenos.

Temos próximo a este apartamento uma série de restaurantes maravilhosos, agua neste lugar nunca faltou, ar condicionado em um apt de 440mt , com 2 portas enormes uma de frente a praia do morro e a outra de frente a praia da cerca, você vai ter que fechar as portas.

Damos preferencia para Familias , Vandalismo e inaceitavel, eu te respeito e você me respeita e simples assim.

Qualquer pessoa tem que assinar um contrato temporário de aluguel.

Foi perfeita. A vista do apartamento é perfeita, assistimos oo show de fogos da sacada. Teve todos os utensílios básicos para se usar na cozinha. Ap muito confortável. Restaurante, distribuidora, e farmácia pertinho do prédio. Só supermercado que fica a 11 mins de caminhada. A anfitriã é muito educada, prestativa e atenciosa. Todos ficamos satisfeitos com nossas estadias. Voltaremos com certeza.

Ruim

Péssima. O imóvel é amplo e bem localizado, mas não possui wi-fi(necessário para trabalho nos dias de hoje), não possui TV a cabo, o aparelho de tv é pequeno e só um funciona. Os eletrodomésticos da cozinha são precários, e as cadeiras e sofás com aspecto velho e marcas de mofo. Dois quartos com chuveiro sem funcionar. Não recomendo a ninguém!!!
