On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room that flows naturally into an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave, complemented by a dining table perfect for shared meals. A sliding or direct exit leads from this level onto the terrace, extending your living space into the outdoors. The ground floor also features a bath and shower room alongside a separate WC. The 1 ground-floor bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed, offering a private and comfortable retreat. On the upper floor, characterized by charming sloping ceilings, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, each fitted with 2 beds and a flat-screen television, one of which is designated as a children's room. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor. Outside, a large garden and a generously sized terrace furnished with terrace furniture invite you to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
