Best quality for the price in Waco, been there a few times. Keep expectations down for breakfast but good for the price. Wish they had some kinda juice but waffles, sausage, cereal, small muffins and coffee is fine for the price. Room was clean and kept up for an older hotel. Great bang for your buck.

I definitely would’ve stayed somewhere else if I would’ve seen better pictures of the property. Holes in the roof, stains on the towels and bedding, stains of food and drinks on nightstands and the door that separates rooms had a napkin or dryer sheet stuffed in the lock.
