A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.

We loved our stay at The Timeout! It was clean and inviting and in the perfect location! With a little bookstore and coffeeshop on the first floor of the building, it was the perfect setting to visit the Silos. Everything was in walking distance. We will always look here first when needing a place to stay in Waco.

Fun week

We were in town for the week for my son's orientation at Baylor. I was so excited to see the sites and learn more about Waco. Being downtown was the best place to be. I loved the place we stayed at- location, comfort, parking, and being right next to Fabled Bookshop & Cafe. Everything was within walking distance- Magnolia, Rancher Hat Bar, etc. Sarah was great with communication. I will definitely stay here again! NOTE: You must do the Waco Tours- LOVED IT!

Girls Getaway

Met up with 2 other girlfriends and everything was so convenient to walk to. Great restaurants, shops, etc. the Loft was cozy and very clean!! Everything we needed was available & the host was extremely accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Unique condo, well furnished. Loved the suggestion board. Property manager made sure everything was just as expected. Definitely will recommend this place to our friends and family. Central location to walk to the Magnolia Silos, bars and restaurants.

Cool, Hip, AND Cozy Downtown Waco Loft

Was the perfect place to stay in Downtown Waco. Location was walking distance to everything you'd want to do! I was visiting family for the holidays and wanted to treat myself to a staycation downtown--it was PERFECT. It is a unique and very cool converted industrial loft space but also so cozy and homey. Outstanding amenities in the building, SUPER clean, and the hosts thought of everything (USB charging stations, extension cords by the beds, coffee creamer in the fridge). All the little touches that add together to make a very comfortable stay. Hosts couldn't be more accommodating and excellent communication. Will DEFINITELY be back!

Amazing Mother/Daughter getaway!

This condo was simply amazing. Everything down to the smallest details were thoughtfully provided. Even down to the clothes drying rack and reserved covered parking spot 😊 We were so cozy and felt at home for the few days at the end of our vacation that we stayed. The location was perfect as well

The stay was perfect. The owner was communicative from start to finish, and the home was immaculate. The small details were especially great-- chargers by every bed, coffee creamer, plenty of k-cups, and recommendations on the wall from prior visitors. Parking was easy and the silos, restaurants and other shops were walking distance. Perfect location!

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed in many rental properties over the years and this one was (by far!) the best. It was very clean (always my first priority), well maintained, centrally located and felt safe/secure. The hosts thought of everything you might need for your stay and provided it. So thoughtful! The icing on the cake was the helpful, timely communication regarding check-in, etc. It was an all around excellent experience and we would highly recommend!
