Nasty gross and sketchy!!

This hotel was so gross!!! First we were given a room that wasn’t ready it had dirty qtips in the drawers Mircowave was dirty dirty dishes No sheets a big nasty smoke stain on the bed The place smells awful There looked like crack powder on the elevator floor Sketchy don’t stay!!

The front desk was rude. Gave me my key card then said my room wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. 30 minutes later they said it was ready, and when I got up there. There were cleaners in the room. So I waited another 15 minutes and when I went in I found 4 roaches scattered around. In total I killed 8 roaches in one night. The place smells like weed and cigars.

This hotel rented multiple uncles bed rooms to people. System took forever for us to get a room. The room smelled smoky, walls are dirty, countertop messed up in bathroom

Unfortunately, this place is infested with cockroaches. In addition to the cockroaches, I found a wheelbug. Certain wheel bugs are responsible for transmitting Chaga's disease. I collected it just in case anyone had symptoms down the road. The room is in general need of maintenance.

There was mold growing on the front of the bathroom door… I had roaches crawling on the top of my phone while it sat on the night stand. Packed up tired to talk to front desk and she laughed said it’s not a big deal… and walked away… would not even tell me who the manager was…

THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM! DO NOT BOOK

This hotel is a SCAM. None of the photos advertising are real. The staff were not wearing professional cloths and were rude and not available. We had to call a number to be able to be checked in because no one was there… The rooms were disgusting, AC did not work, bathroom door did not close, there were roaches, a handful of us guests wanted our money back and we did not get a refund… Loud music from other guests that were sketchy and we did not feel safe… I called hotels.com and couldn’t get a hold of the manager ever (of course, the place is a scam) and did not refund me. After years of using hotels.com I’m disappointed that I did not get any help…

Housekeeping was horrible and ill intentioned.

I’ve had the housekeeping just come In the room without a knock or announcement while I was in my room on 2 occasions. They never came to service my room during the whole week I stayed. I’ve had pest control come to spray twice in the week I was there. They gave someone else my room and that guest tried to come in but noticed instantly that the front desk gave him the wrong room which lead to my key cards being deactivated and I couldn’t get in

What a dump. The room did not look like the photos. Floor was sticky, blond did not close completely. It was nice to have a fridge in the room to freeze my water bottles. I would not have stayed here if I had known.
