This home offers 2 Bedrooms and a flex room / Office area that has a futon. Full galley Kitchen with Brand new appliances. Bath with new shower. Fresh paint everywhere. There is a small back deck perfect for morning coffee. This home is ideal for a small group of guests. Experience all Waconia has to offer with a stay near the medical facilities, downtown and the lake. All are within blocks of our townhome. Large discounts for an extended stay, when you will appreciate the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. There are very few photos posted as the home is in the middle of a remodel. Everything will be brand new and fresh for your stay. I will post photos as we finish projects. Available after Sept 10, 2025.
