Little Treveth Lowen is a beautifully designed, detached coastal holiday home situated in a superb location from which to explore the wide selection of local beaches and bays close by. Ideally located, just up the road from the picturesque cove of Port Quin, and a few minutes' drive from the very popular surfing beach of Polzeath, the accommodation sleeps up to four guests, with a large lawn to the front and a rear patio with the benefit of barbecue, pizza oven and a hot tub, where you can relax and unwind whilst taking in the stunning countryside views.
Enter into the tastefully decorated hallway with the large open-plan kitchen and dining room located on your right. The kitchen is well-equipped with contemporary units and modern appliances, very pleasing to the eye, whilst the spacious dining area is perfect for memorable group meals, with the added benefit of french doors leading out to the front and rear patio with the all-important hot tub, a really lovely family space. Holiday laundry can be kept out of sight in the generous utility room complete with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, ideal for all those sandy costumes. Completing the ground floor is a spacious family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
The gorgeous sitting room is upstairs, with dual-aspect windows to take advantage of the spectacular views. Comfy seating surrounds the cosy wood-burning stove, making Little Treveth Lowen a perfect family holiday home in all seasons. Two beautiful king-size bedrooms are also located on the first floor, one of which benefits from an en-suite shower room, and both with splendid views.
This property is also available for larger groups for year-round reservations, sleeping a total of 9 guests, making this the ideal choice for bigger groups to enjoy this wonderful property.
