We are opening our charming and uniquely designed home for a month. A high floor corner studio apartment with unobstructed mountain and ocean views. This little gem is the perfect Hawaiian haven to relax and enjoy the resort style living away from downtown. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee in our spacious balcony while watching the pods of whales frolicking on the horizon and end your day quietly with a glass of wine while you enjoy the spectacular sunset.
**Oahu requires 30-day rental.
-5 min drive to Makaha beach, one of the best white beaches in Oahu and famous for swimming with green sea turtles, snorkeling / scuba diving, and surfing. The popular Annual Buffalo’s Big Board Surfing Classic Competition is held in the middle of February every year.
-15 min drive to Makua beach, Yokohama Bay, Ka'ena Point State Park Natural Reserve. 3 min drive to Makaha Valley Golf Club.
-20 min to Ko' Olina / Disney Resort for fine dining restaurants and bars, retail shops, free lagoons for swimming.
-25 min to Kapolei for more access to restaurants, shopping (Costco, Target, Walmart, Ka Makana Ali’I mall, etc.) and some entertainment.
-30-40 min drive to Wai Kai at Hoakalei Resort in West Oahu. The nine-acre waterfront recreation and lifestyle venue is popular for its world’s largest deep-water standing surf wave, the adjacent Wai Kai Lagoon for water sports, three restaurants, premium lifestyle retail, and several event venues including a waterfront fire pit.

ACCESSIBILITY:
Elevator and handicap accessible.
PARKING: Non-designated guest parking space (Association charges $85/month, 1 vehicle only). Current registration, current safety inspection and insurance card is required at the gate.
Quiet Hours: 9:00PM - 7:00AM
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and premises. No smoking on-premises. The Association has a designated smoking area by the Security Gate.
International Airport. “Rush Hour” or heavy traffic into the area is from 2:30pm – 6:00pm & out of the area from 7:00am -8:30am so please plan accordingly. Note this holds true in all residential areas of Oahu (Downtown Waikiki area, NorthShore, Lankai/Kailua, and Pearl Harbor).
The daily amount includes taxes of 4% for General Excise and 10.25 for Transient Accommodations Tax.
