Very clean and beautiful junior suite the adult pool is a little small. It was very convenient for our stay and nice to have an adult area. Not many choices in restaurants you have to leave the hotel, but very comfortable beds and perfect for a weekend getaway. But would definitely stay there again.

My favorite things on property was the lagoon and the snorkeling there. It was my favorite place to lounge. My recommendation is spring for the suite with a full fridge and dishes as it will save you money in the end. No room service and not a lot of food options on property. The nearby Queens mart had majority of its restaurants closed too. Room was clean but the times they came seemed inconsistent making it hard to come back in the room without interrupting them. The pool was packed and almost every chair had a yellow towel on it “reserving” it but would sometimes go hours with no one in it. It would be nice if someone enforced some better pool policy and etiquette. Kids were scaling rocks and back flipping into swallow pools, running around on slick surfaces and chasing turtles (cornering them and touching them) and parents nor staff really said anything. No beach access from this resort but there is one very close by. Lots of construction happening in some towers, the structure in ocean tower with the gondolas was closed. If you stay in Ocean Towers, be prepared to walk a LOT. Very expensive to park a rental car there and their shuttle to and from the Queens mart was 14 dollars round trip. Glad we went and enjoyed our experience but lots of room for improvement.
