Spend your next vacation in our luxury two-story villa at Waikoloa Beach Villas. This spacious and thoughtfully designed unit offers 1,585 square feet of bright, comfortable living space — perfect for the whole family to relax and unwind.
The Space:
The main level features an open-concept layout with a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Two master suites, each with its own private bath, are also located on the main floor. Upstairs, you’ll find a huge loft with two twin beds and plenty of extra space — ideal for kids or additional guests.
Guest Access:
Guests of Waikoloa Beach Villas have access to the swimming pool. Unit has it's own private lanai. The accommodations include a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with necessary cookware and tableware. Additional amenities comprise a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. A garage and complimentary street parking are also provided.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the gated Waikoloa Beach Villas community, our villa borders one of two championship golf courses. Queens Marketplace and Kings’ Shops — featuring shops, restaurants, and entertainment — are just across the road. The beach is a short drive away for swimming, snorkeling, and stunning Hawaiian sunsets.
Please note that this condo is not located in Waikoloa Village (even though the address may auto-populate that way). We are in Waikoloa, right near the Kings’ Shops and the Queens’ Shops, in the heart of the resort condo area. The address is 69-180 Waikōloa Beach Drive, Waikoloa Village, Hawaii 96738. There is a map photo in our pictures that shows the exact location for your reference.
Getting Around:
There are nearby shops, and restaurants, within walking distance. Renting a car is recommended if you’d also like to explore the rest of the Big Island.
Other Things to Note:
There is one assigned parking spot per unit. Please note that our garages are compact — while most cars and small SUVs will fit, we recommend avoiding oversized SUVs if you’re not comfortable maneuvering a larger vehicle into a small garage.
Beach towels are provided for your convenience.
In the garage, you will find beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, and sand toys for your use.
This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.
Our cancellation policy is intentionally very flexible for your convenience. However, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our owners, as they result in lost revenue that cannot be recovered.
If you think there’s any chance your plans may change during the period when the cancellation policy is in effect, we strongly recommend purchasing the low-cost travel insurance offered at booking. This ensures that you’ll be eligible for the refund you’re hoping for, even if unforeseen circumstances arise.
