Eher nicht mehr. Es wurde angekündigt als fast 1200€ 1500€ Kaution. Das war für uns neu, aber wir haben nie was kaputt gemacht, deswegen haben wir gedacht "in Ordnung, machen wir". Erst vom Ort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir auch Nebenkosten zahlen müssen. Das hatten wir auch nie und bei Buchung wurde kein Wort darüber gesagt. Stornieren war ja natürlich zu spät und wir haben es angenommen. "Kann ja nicht zu viel sein". Mit Schlussrechnung waren wir schockiert.. 83,25€ für 3 Nächte für Strom. Soviel zahlen wir zu Hause pro Monat! Aber das ist nix, am coolsten war Schwimmbad.. 480€!!! Für Heizung. Gesamt für 3 Tage haben wir noch 578,25 € zugezahlt. Wahnsinn! Das Haus selbst kann ich persönlich nicht als Villa bezeichnen. Ganz günstig. Eher ein klein günstiges Hotel für 14 Personen. Ich würde es nur an Jugendliche empfehlen, welche mit großen Gruppen Spaß haben möchten . Nun vorsichtig mit Nebenkosten. Für Familien würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Wir wurde mehr als enttäuscht. Nennt man das nicht "versteckte Kosten"?..

Das Haus war sauber und das Wasser des Pools und des Whirlpools war klar. Zum Beispiel kann das Design des Wohnzimmers moderner sein. Der Tisch und die Stühle sind altmodisch. Die Küche ist etwas zu klein und eher veraltet. Die Betten können auch etwas bequemer sein. Schade, dass es kein Doppelbett gibt, nur Einzelbetten. Wir haben eine Lampe im Garten verpasst, was das Grillen an dunklen Tagen erschwert.

Nur die Sauna befindet sich draußen, nämlich auf dem Flur. Das Haus war sauber, ebenso wie das Schwimmbad und Jacuzzi, für uns das Schwimmbad ein bisschen zu frisch war, der Jacuzzi im 38âžC wunderbar, besser Das Preis-Leistungs - Verhältnis im allgemeinen sein könnte, ist die Wohn- und Esszimmer modernisiert werden können, die Küche ein wenig zu klein , die Betten können auch bequeme, leider kein Doppelbett, nur einzelne Matratzen , die manchmal zusammen geschoben werden, ist es einfacher, Grill Lampe auch im Garten platziert werden kann , in den frühen Winterabenden zu machen,

Als sich die Herbstferien näherten, planten meine 4 Familienmitglieder und ich, ein schönes Ferienhaus zu mieten. Ein Schwimmbad, eine Sauna und ein Whirlpool waren unsere Anforderungen und dann stießen wir auf dieses Haus. Aufgrund des kalten Wetters war es ideal, dass alle unsere Anforderungen drinnen waren! Vorteile: - Sauberer Pool und Whirlpool (aus der vorherigen negativen Bewertung ist nichts zu sehen) - Übernachtete Unterkünfte - Altmodische, gut funktionierende Sauna - Gepflegte Zimmer und gute Betten - Ausgestattet mit fast allen Küchengeräten - Gute Lage (ruhige Gegend und Supermarkt um 8 Uhr (? km entfernt Nachteile: - Möbel sehen altmodisch und nicht mehr frisch aus (kann auch Geschmackssache sein) - Küche etwas zu eng - Keine schöne Aussicht oder schöner Garten Wir haben das Haus auch sehr genossen und planen definitiv ein anderes Zeit zurückzukehren!
