The fully fenced section is located right on State Highway One with just a short walk to the lakes edge. Make sure of the off-street space that can accommodate a boat up to 7m.

Located roughly 15 minutes' drive south from the town of Taupo itself, or half an hour north from Turangi, conveniences are not far away.

As the property has direct access to the lake, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
